Fresh Breath Biscuits for Dogs

There are lots of ‘fresh breath’ canine products on the market these days – some of which are not very effective. Here is a recipe for a sweet tasting biscuit that will leave your dog’s breath smelling minty fresh! Not only that, your dog will love the taste of these bitesize fresh breath biscuits. They are simple to make and keep for a long time – providing they have been given time to thoroughly dry out before storing. I find the best place to keep them is in my coat pocket ready for our walks, or in a bowl by the front door so that visitors can give them to my dogs upon entry.

It is worth bearing in mind that bad breath can often be an indication of illness so if your dog suddenly develops bad breath, be sure to give their mouth a thorough check and book a visit to the veterinarian if required.
